4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
All financial transactions on fa77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). The platform supports secure and popular local payment methods.
4.1 Deposit
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (applicable for each method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Brac Bank, and Islami Bank).
- Deposited amounts are generally credited to the account instantly.
- Deposits are only accepted into the account registered under the same name as the payment method.
4.2 Withdrawal
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal processing time: generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Applicable wagering requirements must be met before submitting a withdrawal request.
- fa77 reserves the right to hold or reject any withdrawal on suspicion of fraud or money laundering.

5 Bonus and Promotional Offer Terms
fa77 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers, each with its own conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before accepting any bonus.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
- New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
- Wagering requirement: you must bet 20 times the bonus amount (not the deposit amount, only the bonus amount).
- Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, total balance ৳2,000; you must bet ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 before withdrawing the bonus.
- Example: depositing ৳42,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳20,000, total balance ৳62,000.
- The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same person, device, or household.
5.2 General Bonus Rules
- fa77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
- Attempting to collect bonuses through fraudulent or abusive methods may result in account termination and forfeiture of bonuses.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless stated otherwise in the specific offer's terms.
6 VIP Program and Cashback Policy
fa77's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Players may be promoted to higher tiers based on their activity and engagement. fa77 reserves the right to change the criteria for determining VIP tiers, and such changes may affect previously earned tiers.
7 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities
fa77 is committed to ensuring a fair and secure gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Placing bets using any kind of software, robot, script, or automation tool.
- Using multiple accounts to collect bonuses or promotional benefits ("bonus hunting").
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Fraudulent or threatening behavior toward other users or fa77 staff.
- Exploiting system errors or technical vulnerabilities.
- Placing opposing bets on your own behalf (arbitrage betting) in a way that guarantees bonuses or cashback.
If such activities are detected, fa77 may forfeit all deposits, bonuses, and winnings and permanently close the account without prior notice.
